I've been thinking of ways to both promote my blog and reward my readers at the same time. So here is what I've come up with.

Leave a comment on this blog between September 8, 2006 and November 15, 2006 and I will consider you to receive a NEW 2GB Ipod Nano.

I want to be fair so this is how I will decide which one of my readers gets the Nano.

I will randomly draw a name from entries.

This is how you earn entries.

1. Leave a Comment = 1 Entry (limit one comment per post)

2. Sign the Guestbook = 1 Entry (limit one per person)

3. Refer a Commenter = 1 Entry (one per referral) Commenter must mention that they were referred by you.

4. Link this post from your blog = 5 Entries (it's up to you to alert me to the link)

5. Link AYCO on your blogroll = 5 Entries (again it's up to you to alert me to the link)

6. Add me to your del.icio.us faves = 5 Entries

7. Add yourself to my Frappr map = 8 Entries (added 09-09-06)

I will also randomly give entries away.

So if you are asking yourself... is the a contest? The answer is NO. A contest has far too many legal issues for me to involve myself with. I will tell you this. I am giving away an Apple I-pod 2GB Nano. I will give it away randomly as described above. I will ship it to the winner at my expense. I will not pay any duties or import fees if you happen to be outside of the US. It's only a gift. I am not making any agreements or promises, I'm just alerting people to how I'm going to decide to give a Nano to one of my readers.

By the way, I reserve the right to change my mind entirely and not give anything away to anyone...
